These Terms & Conditions cover use of the PoolBridge website, operated by Jennison Holdings LLC under the PoolBridge brand. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms do not replace a separately signed client agreement.
2. Website and demo
The website explains our advertising and lead-management services. The free website demo is a browser-based simulation, not a live service or a time-limited paid subscription. It does not launch ads, contact real leads, connect your accounts, or reserve actual appointments. Sample metrics, ad concepts, qualification outcomes, and bookings are illustrative and are not performance claims.
3. Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, misuse another person’s information, or upload unlawful material. The demo uses predefined sample customer details. You are responsible for having permission to use any information you provide.
4. Paid services and results
Submitting an inquiry or using the demo does not purchase services or create a client relationship. Scope, pricing, advertising budgets, payment terms, cancellation, refunds, and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written agreement before paid work begins. Advertising platforms, market conditions, customer decisions, and your business operations affect results. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, appointments, sales, or revenue.

PoolBridge branding, website design, copy, and imagery are owned by Jennison Holdings LLC or used with permission. You may view and use the website and demo for evaluating our services. You may not resell or reproduce our content commercially without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You retain ownership of the information you provide.

Links to scheduling tools, advertising platforms, or other external websites are provided for convenience. Their availability and use are governed by their own terms. Selecting a real booking time through our external calendar is separate from a simulated appointment in the demo.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, and changes may occur. The informational website and demo are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Jennison Holdings LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website or demo.
